I dreamt of mermaids this week. In the 80s I use to dream about them every week. Maybe it's a sign? I've been having very vivid dreams again. Nice story type dreams not the kind where I am lost at the train station.
It's also been foggy for the past few days and we've had 3 thunderstorms. That puts me in the mood to write again. I actually made a photoshop picture last night too! It's of the mini-cooper Nicky sent to us for Easter. I posed it with my Snoopy detective guy and the Nightmare Before Christmas fence we have in Halloween town. It made me want to learn how to make those Wallace & Gromit type movies.

dentist
Well I went to the dentist today. It went ok. It took less than an hour and all they had to do was put on my permanent crown. Last Monday was way more agonizing. I didn't even need a shot this time. The Dentist tech. (I wanted to type Vet tech for some reason lol) accidentally stabbed me with this pointy tool and pinched my gums weird but after that it was fine. I was so glad to go home. :)
I watched some of Tascha's videos to inspire me. I am trying to decide what to paint now. I'm hoping it looks ok so I don't get discouraged right away. I did a bunch more sketches. I liked them.
Wim was amused by the cheesecake video. He wants to make that now. :) He works in a bakery so he eats cheesecake almost everyday anyway. The 1/3 part made me smile since I am so bad with numbers.
Wim is still in pain from jogging.

starting again...
This month I started to do artwork again. I started sketching Ollie while he slept. They turned out pretty good. Maybe I can do it? I have lost a lot of faith in my art in the past few years. I have not drawn in at least 10 years. I hope I can keep it up and make something i can be proud of.
I did not feel well today. Wim either. He started jogging today and was sore and tired all day.
He keeps telling me how "feeble" he feels. He also started learning to drive last month. I hope this
is the summer where we do a lot of fun and creative things. *crosses fingers*
